A member of The Agency's Sherman Oaks office and part of the SoCal Commercial Group, Bita Sereshki specializes in retail, industrial, and multifamily commercial real estate, serving clients across key sectors throughout Southern California. Since joining The Agency in March 2026, Bita has brought a strategic, analytical approach to helping clients identify opportunities, maximize value, and build long-term wealth through real estate.

Born in Sacramento, California, with roots in Iran, Bita was raised in a family deeply involved in real estate, an influence that shaped an early understanding of the industry's power to transform lives. With a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, she pairs strong analytical skills with real-world expertise to approach each deal with precision and insight. Further strengthening this foundation, she earned a UCLA Commercial Real Estate Certificate, including ARGUS training, equipping them to evaluate and structure complex transactions with confidence.

Bita began her career as a financial specialist, developing a solid understanding of investments and financial strategy. She later transitioned into ground-up residential development, gaining hands-on experience in land acquisition, construction, and project execution. At Coldwell Banker, Bita specialized in selling new development properties before expanding into commercial real estate investing, drawn to the long-term potential of income-producing assets.

With experience spanning finance, development, and investment, Bita offers clients a comprehensive perspective. She is known for her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to uncover hidden value in every opportunity. Having managed triple-net properties and worked extensively with retail assets, Bita excels at identifying strategies to enhance property performance through leasing, income growth, and repositioning.

Outside of real estate, Bita is a trained yoga and meditation teacher who values mindfulness and balance in both personal and professional life. She enjoys spending time practicing yoga, swimming, and traveling with her children to visit family around the world. Deeply committed to giving back, she supports the Bed and a Book organization and tutors math for local students, helping build confidence and opportunity through education.
