Through there great negotiating skills were were able to purchase the property below market value and were able to close escrow in less that 30 days. Since this was a 1031 exchange, there was a litany of "t's" to be crossed and "i's" to be dotted, yet everything that needed to get done got done. When the normal hiccups that plague every property transaction occurred, they resolved the issues quickly and without drama.
