About Tiffany Aflalo

Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Tiffany brings a lifetime of local insight and a national network to The Socal Commercial Group, located at The Agency's Sherman Oaks office. Joining the firm in October 2025, she focuses on commercial investment sales nationwide, specializing in sourcing off-market opportunities across all asset classes, including industrial properties, multifamily developments, retail plazas and mixed-use spaces.

A graduate of Beverly Hills High School and UC Santa Barbara, where she earned a B.A. in Business Economics, Tiffany began her career as the founder of a successful fashion brand, Tt. Her collections sold in retailers ranging from Saks Fifth Avenue to Target. Running a national brand sharpened her skills in sales, negotiation, branding, and relationship-building, all of which now translate into securing lucrative investments, facilitating 1031 exchanges, and closing deals that maximize profit for her clients.

Known for her exceptional people skills, vast connections, and instinct for pairing the right investor with the right opportunity, Tiffany thrives on helping clients grow their portfolios and build long-term wealth. She is motivated by creating value, fostering meaningful connections, and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Outside of real estate, she is a proud wife and mother of two boys who keep her happily on the go. She is also involved in Angel City Sports, a charitable organization founded by her family that provides adaptive sports opportunities for individuals with physical disabilities.
