Harmik is a dedicated and enthusiastic realtor. He listed and I sold my house in San Jose, He also helped me exchange it to commercial real estate and now I'm in a good position and don't have to worry about finding a tenant.
I've worked with several agents in LA over the years, and Harmik tops them all! He is persistent yet professional and truly cares about his clients.
Harmik did a great job guiding along the prep, marketing, and sale of a challenging sale. He had resources to draw on, worked collaboratively with me as the seller, and was easy to work with.
Prakash organized so many tours of homes for us. We were super picky, but Prakash was always so kind and never gave up on us (two previous realtors did!). He is kind, personable, and made us feel like we were his only clients - a sign of a great agent! He made sure everything went completely smoothly for us buying our first home.
